The Villas is a great place to live! It is quiet, convenient to Little Rock, and has the feel of a neighborhood instead of apartment living. I love having a spacious garage, small yard with privacy fence, and a flower bed. The gated-fence and security system make me feel very safe. I often see deer and other wildlife behind my back yard which adds to the peacefulness of the Villas. The management staff is very quick to respond to requests and easy to work with. ~Laura Hanlon

Living at the Villas at Northwood Creek is an experience. The accommodations are first class and the staff is like none other. My neighbors are friendly and really take pride is where we reside The tucked away community atmosphere is quiet, serene and tranquil. We have been residents at the Villas for almost 1 1/2 years and it is the best move we have ever made. Over our 47 years or marriage we have owned our own homes, traveled in our RV and settled back down in Maumelle/NLR to be close to our grandson and his Mom and Dad. What a wonderful decision this has been. The Villas offer so many great amenities it is hard to name our favorites but one of the first on our list is the swimming pool, playground and Clubhouse where we have family gatherings, swim and play with our grandson almost on a daily basis. The duplex is super good with a double car garage and floored attic besides a storage room!!! We love the floor plan with its hardwoods and carpet, stainless steel appliances, washer, dryer, and beautiful wood trim. All this loveliness continues outside to the yard where it is fenced with a nice patio and plenty of room for grilling while someone else takes care of all the maintenance....inside and out!!!! We would encourage anyone of any age to come check out the Northwood Creek Villas. The management and owners are more than nice and helpful. They always answer questions, emails and trouble calls promptly. We love it here at the Villas and are so glad we chose it as our home. ~Harold & Sharon Thompson
